Closing Sale, Shipping & Subscription Policy
Closing Sale Policy (Effective Feb 27, 2026)
As Forage Hyperfoods prepares to permanently close, all purchases made going forward are subject to the terms below. Due to the wind-down of our operations, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or price adjustments.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges
All purchases are strictly final sale.

- No store credit
- No price adjustments
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, shipping details, and billing information prior to completing checkout.
No exceptions will be made.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Forage Hyperfoods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
We strongly encourage customers to purchase ShipInsure protection at checkout. ShipInsure provides coverage for loss, theft, or damage during transit. If protection is selected, claims must be filed directly through ShipInsure in accordance with their policy.
If shipping protection is declined, the customer assumes responsibility once the package is transferred to the carrier.
Product Expiry & Safety
Nearly all remaining inventory expires in 2027 or 2028. Products are safe for consumption within their listed expiry period.
Subscription Orders
Subscription policies remain in effect until March 31, 2026.
- Subscription orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Rejected, returned, or refused subscription shipments will not be refunded or restocked.
- To cancel an upcoming subscription order, you must do so before it processes by contacting support by email at: support@foragehyperfoods.com
- Subscription pricing is separate from Closing Sale pricing. Subscription orders are not eligible for additional discounts, price adjustments, or retroactive sale pricing.
All subscriptions will be automatically cancelled after March 31, 2026. No further subscription charges will occur after that date.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm EST). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Tracking information is emailed once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring tracking updates.
Shipping Rates (Canada)
Free tracked shipping on orders over $75 (before tax, after discounts).
Orders under $75 are subject to a $14.95 shipping fee.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times range from 1–14 business days, depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Primary carrier: FedEx Ground
Canada Post is used for P.O. Box addresses only.
Orders ship from Carleton Place, Ontario or Brampton, Ontario.
Pickup is not available.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Closing Sale terms.
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted in contradiction to this policy may be challenged with documentation confirming your acknowledgment of these terms at checkout.
Third-Party Retailers
These policies apply only to products purchased directly from foragehyperfoods.com. If purchased from a third-party retailer, please refer to that retailer’s policies.
